An oil from
a specific terroir.
Fattucchia Hills, Bagno a Ripoli — just ten kilometres from Florence. Centuries-old olive groves, a family, and a production deliberately kept small.
Fattucchia Hills, Bagno a Ripoli — just ten kilometres from Florence. Centuries-old olive groves, a family, and a production deliberately kept small.
Tenute Nonno Bruno sits on the hills above Bagno a Ripoli, on the edge of Florence. The estate takes its name from Bruno: a farmer by vocation, who spent his life tending these olives and this land.
Today his daughter Lucia, her husband Roberto, and their children Enrico and Elisa carry that knowledge forward. Not as a recovered tradition — but as an unbroken one.
The olive trees on this estate average 300 years in age. The oil they produce — Olio della Fata Morgana — reflects a specific soil, a specific altitude, and a specific way of working that no industrial process can replicate.
"We are not an industry; we are a family preserving ancient knowledge and translating it into a purposefully limited production."
One oil, multiple formats. Each one designed for a specific use — from professional kitchens to corporate gifting.
Single-serve format. Available as a duo set with the Fata Morgana red wine vinegar (no added sulphites). Compact, recognisable, collectible.
A minimalist bottle design that communicates refinement without excess. Suitable for tasting menus, VIP amenities, and select retail.
Distinctive packaging in the classic format. The perfect balance between elegance and practicality — ideal for the table and for gifting.
Unmistakable design in premium packaging. The fullest expression of the bottle's identity — presence on the table and on the shelf.
Bulk formats (3L, 5L) available for professional kitchen supply. Contact us for wholesale pricing.
We work with restaurants that use quality as a consistent core identity — not a seasonal decoration. Olio della Fata Morgana is present from the kitchen to the table, and can follow the guest home as a retail piece.
Bottles are customisable with your restaurant's logo — a small detail that makes the oil an integral part of the dining experience rather than an anonymous condiment.
A bottle of Olio della Fata Morgana doesn't end up forgotten in a drawer. It ends up in a conversation — used, shared, and remembered. That is the difference between a gift that communicates and one that occupies shelf space.
We build tailored proposals for companies that want to give something of substance: a certified organic product, family-produced, from a specific Tuscan estate. Traceable, storied, genuine.
Olio della Fata Morgana carries two certifications — EU Organic and Toscano IGP — that provide buyers and consumers with a clear, documented provenance. Not a marketing claim: a regulated designation backed by annual inspections.
Production is limited by the size of the estate and the harvest. That constraint is structural, not artificial — and it shapes our offering: consistent quality, defined quantities, and a story that holds up to scrutiny.
